Tell us about your experience, the projects you've finished and the property you have in mind, if any. It takes about five minutes.

Get reviewed
A Realtix reviewer contacts you. Your application shows exactly what was checked, by whom and when. Nothing else is marked verified.

Prepare the project
Open a private workspace: property control and deadlines, a versioned budget, evidence, your team and documents, open questions and updates.

Export the packet
One click produces a review packet with your actual numbers and every missing item, ready for your lawyer or a registered intermediary.
What this is and isn't
- A workspace helps you prepare a project. It does not create an offering, raise money or promise funding.
- Any investment in a project would have to go through a registered intermediary that accepts the project. Investing is not available on Realtix today.
- Paying for any Realtix service would never buy approval, a better review or a badge.
- Your workspace, budget and documents are private to the people you invite. Realtix reviewers can open a workspace to review it.
