Good ideas for Austin property usually go nowhere.
Realtix gives them somewhere to live: a public place to propose what a real property could become, show the work behind it, and find the people who could actually do it.
Why it exists
Most people never see the inside of a real estate deal. The analysis, the open questions and the people who make projects happen sit with a small group of insiders. Realtix starts with the part anyone can do: look at a real Austin property, think through what it could be, and say so with sources, honest estimates and the questions nobody has answered yet.
Who runs it
Realtix is built and run by Noah Rangel in Austin, Texas. It is an early company. There is no outside investor, no funding partner and no completed project yet, and the site will not claim otherwise.
What you can do today
- Propose a plan for any analyzed Austin property, or submit one of your own.
- Join a project's private group to work through the plan, the costs, the risks and what is still unknown with the people who could make it happen.
- Raise your hand to operate a project if you have the experience to buy, build and manage it.
- Browse opportunities with every number labeled as sourced or estimated.
What it is not
Realtix is not a broker, a lender, a funding portal or an investment adviser. Proposals are ideas, not offerings. Nobody can invest through Realtix, and proposals and comments that ask for money or promise returns are removed.
What a funding stage would require
If a project ever moves toward funding, it would need an accountable operator, a real path to acquire the property, a legal structure, offering documents prepared with lawyers, and a registered intermediary running the offering on its own platform under securities law. None of that exists yet for any project. Realtix will say plainly on each project page if it ever does.
