Realtix

How Realtix works

1. A proposal is an idea, not an offering

You describe a property and what you would do with it. A proposal does not sell anything and promises nothing. Wording that guarantees returns is blocked.

2. Self-reported and verified are kept apart

What a creator writes about themselves is always labeled self-reported. Something is labeled verified only when a staff member reviewed a document and recorded exactly what was checked. Verification is not an endorsement.

3. Review before anything is public

Staff confirm the location, check that photo rights are credible, read the authority the creator claims over the property, and look for investment-style language. Creators see the reasons for any change request. Every decision is recorded.

4. Discover and discuss

Approved proposals appear on a map and in search. You can watch a proposal and ask questions. Questions and answers are checked by staff before they appear.

5. Private workspaces

Creators can invite team members and advisers to a private space for documents, tasks and discussion. Each document has its own visibility setting and downloads expire quickly.

6. Funding and ownership come later

Any real investment requires a legal entity for the property, offering documents, a registered intermediary, escrow, and investor checks. Realtix will open those only when they are in place, and an administrator clicking a button cannot skip them.
